Relaxation, migraine management, facial massage, craniosacral release with traction and myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, sciatica symptom relief, trigger point release, deep tissue massage and passive range of motion integration.

Jennifer discovered her God-given ability to help people feel better at a young age. At just 11 years old, she began her journey as a healer by volunteering with the Red Cross. She was certified in First Aid and CPR by age 12 and assisted EMTs during local Boy/Girl Scout events, Gus Macker Tournaments, and triathlons. At 14, she became certified as a disaster relief volunteer and joined the Search and Rescue Squad in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

With a passion for working with athletes, Jennifer has coached high school volleyball and her son’s baseball teams.

Born and raised in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Jennifer is proud to be a Yooper and cherishes everything the North has to offer—from pristine lakes to untouched landscapes. She loves Jesus, music, making people laugh, boating, fishing, shooting pool, playing cards, volleyball, sporting events, and embarking on new adventures.

Jennifer recently moved to Minnesota to explore its vast lakes and rivers with her beloved Beagle, Hunter. She also looks forward to visits from her adult son to enjoy Minnesota’s excellent ice fishing and hunting opportunities.
