Reiki - Energy Massage

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called “energy healing”.  It’s origins trace to Tibet nearly 3000 years ago, although it was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the 1800s. Cupping

Cupping is a treatment that involves the placement of cups (glass or pump) along areas of concern. Cupping creates suction to pull the tissue up slightly. The intention is to relax muscles and tissues, alleviate pain, and trigger the body's natural healing processes.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, cupping opens pores and stimulates blood flow. It is thought to help balance the flow of energy called the qi. Cupping is often used along with acupuncture and massage therapies.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural healing method based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. The technique involves applying physical pressure to the feet or hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of lotion or oil. Pressure to the hands and feet may stimulate the nervous system to release chemicals such as endorphins which reduce stress and pain.

Fascia Blasting

A service performed with the use of a fascia blasting tool. Breaks up stagnation deep in tissues to promote blood flow and the body's natural healing process. Can cause some bruising and isn’t always comfortable but works very well!

Dry Brushing

Dry brushing unclogs pores while also exfoliating the skin. It helps with detoxification by increasing blood flow and promoting the lymphatic system to flow property and do it’s job!

Arnica

A lash lift-and-tint treatment involves two separate processes, both designed to give you beautiful, fluttery eyelashes for weeks. The lash lift mimics the effect of an eyelash curler. It makes your lashes bend upwards, leaving them looking longer, and your eyes more open and bright. Meanwhile, a lash tint is similar to a brow tint – or applying a coat of mascara. It makes your eyelashes look darker, thicker, and fuller. It’s particularly striking on those with naturally blonde or red lashes.

Aftercare: Avoid water, steam, eye make-up, and make-up remover for the first 24 hours after your lift. As with any perming treatment, exposure to moisture and humidity straight afterward can ruin the result. After 24 hours have elapsed, you can treat your lashes as usual – there’s no need to change your make-up or cleansing routine. Some professionals advise using a conditioning treatment like coconut oil to keep your lashes healthy and nourished post-lift.
